Home Sweet Home

I know it sounds trite, but it is so nice to be home.  Home, you are too kind, welcoming us with an enveloping hug, an endearing smile!  I know it's hard for you to muster much sympathy for us after we left you to "rough it" at the Homestead for almost a week, but it still feels great! 

Here at our comfy abode we once again have access to the full range of Sam's videos and cable shows, toys galore, a full frig, and piles of mail.  We just got home a few hours ago, and it still looks fresh and new to me here.  There's nothing like leaving for a while to make you appreciate what you left behind, especially when you husband has it all cleaned up for your return.  It won't last long, trust me.  (Insert evil snicker here.)

Ah, home...
