"Sam with an S," Guest Blogger Extraordinaire

 Each first grade student gets to be the "star student" for one week, and Sam just had his big ole heyday.  As part of his big week, he got to be a guest blogger on his teacher's blog right here (and below):   "Miss Clark's Blog"   Pretty cool!   Not sure how it went down, but Sam decided to name his entry "Sam with an S" after my "Libby with Y."   Pretty hilarious -- with an H of course!  Then he wrote about how he was proud that he had not "folin" out of his special start student chair.  You just can't make this stuff up!

Guest Blogger: “Star Student” Sam!

This week we have a new “Star Student” blogger:Sam with an S!

Sam comes by blogging naturally, since his mom Libby (a local writer) has her own blog: “Libby with a Y“…now Sam is a blogger, so he’s named this blog “Sam with an S!”

First, he wrote in his 1st Grade Diary about today and being Star Student:

Then, he sat down at my laptop and typed this himself about being the “Star”:

PS I told him that Sam could also be Sam with a "B" like the word "lamb," but he thought that was pretty ridiculous.  He had a good point.
