Do You Know the Way to Santa Fe's Farmer's Market?

Mine eyes have seen the glory of the best farmer's market ever! And where pray tell is that gem?  In none other than downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico!  Heck, it's worth the trip for that experience alone.  Where else in the workd have you ever seen carrots that beautiful?  Move on over, Whole Foods!

And wait, here is a close-up!  If this doesn't make a carrot eater out of you, nothing will!

And check out this bread!  It belongs in a museum, not a market!  Doesn't the one below look like an artist's palette?

They are works of art!  The lower one is designed with the state symbol on New Mexico's flag.  You don't find that on Wonder Bread, not even on Smart White!

It comes from a Zia Sun Symbol with a sacred meaning.

The number "four" symbolizes the Circle of Life:  four winds, four seasons, four directions, and four sacred obligations.  The circle binds them all together.  Pretty snazzy bread, huh?

And check out this cheese with a fresh flower overlay!  Too pretty to eat.  Well, I could be persuaded perhaps.

You know it had to be pretty cool when even Daddy Mac and Sam got into it.

The flowers were stunning.

Oh, and don't miss the world's best raspberry jam!  You'll never go back to Smucker's!
